From unloading trucks without loading docks, securing a lorry when in use and protecting products and buildings from damage, to enabling a pallet truck or unexpected visitor with disabilities to enter a building, we are the 'one-stop shop' for Loading and Unloading equipment.
Not only do we provide an extensive range of quality products at competitive prices but we also aim to adapt our range in order to suit individual customer requirements, if you can't find the size you want, just ask! We also offer Thorworld's Maintenance Service on all our products.
We achieve these objectives through our immediate response to customer feedback, rigid control of quality, high quality manufacturing and continual product development, thus maintaining our status as a BSI registered firm.

John Meale, the founder and Managing Director of Thorworld, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and also a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. Thorworld is a leader in developments within the loading and unloading equipment industry and aims to further develop its loading and unloading solutions.
We are active members of The Association of Loading and Elevating Equipment Manufacturers (ALEM), The British Materials Handling Federation (BMHF) and The European Federation of Materials Handling (FEM).
John is also a past President of BMHF, the FEM Elevating Equipment Product group and FEM, placing Thorworld at the centre of European Manufacturing, Innovation and Knowledge.
