Overview
Our lightweight mobile platforms are designed to allow a safe working area behind a trailer, to enable safe (un)loading.
Suitable for use with pallet trucks, sack trucks or handballing of goods, for lightweight (un)loading applications.

Features
- Designed with a 2,000Kg SWL for lightweight (un)loading applications.
- Fitted with fork truck pockets to the sides for quick and easy positioning.
- Hinged barriers with gas springs for lightweight operation, a heavy duty shootbolt to lock in both the raised and lowered position, 20mm high pallet raves and 100mm D-Section bumpers.
- Height adjustable legs in 50mm increments 1100 -1550mm.
- Access ladder with a self closing gate to the opening, handrails and rubber bumpers fitted as standard.
- Optional locking swivel castors.
- Optional Bimagrip anti-slip, required for outside use.
- Options for bridging the gap between platform & vehicle:
- Removable Dockplate.
- Hinged bridgeplate – Standard Aluminium Hinge.
- Hinged bridgeplate – Heavy Duty Steel Hinge.
- Chains hooks and tensioning brackets to connect the platform to the vehicle where possible.
- Standard sizes 2.4×2.5m or 2.4×3.6m (non standards available on request).
Capacity
Rated to take a 2000Kg load – suitable for lightweight (un)loading applications (pallet trucks, sack trucks or handballing of goods).
Movement
Fork truck pockets to the sides for quick and easy positioning by FLT. Optional swivel castors for manual movement on flat ground.
Dimensions
Standard platform sizes of 2.4×2.5m or 2.4×3.6m.
Height adjustable legs 1100 -1550mm, in 50mm increments.
Safety chains
Chains, hooks and tensioning brackets to connect the platform to the vehicle where possible.
Dockplate
- A stand-alone high-tensile aluminium plate which is lowered into place by operators.
- Locking legs slot between platform and vehicle to ensure the plate remains in place.
- A D-Section bumper with cut-outs for the locking legs is included along the front edge of the platform.
- Bevelled front and back edges to smooth transition.
Hinged Bridgeplate (standard aluminium hinge)
- A high-tensile aluminium located onto a hinge rail fixed to the front of the platform.
- A locking clamp secures the plate vertically above the platform when not in use.
- The standard aluminium hinge allows for sideways movement of the plate for optimum alignment.
- A pair of rubber bumpers are included either side of the hinge including steel protector/front plates to give a long lifespan.
Hinged Bridgeplate (heavy duty steel piano hinge)
- A high-tensile aluminium located onto a hinge fixed to the front of the platform.
- A locking clamp secures the plate vertically above the platform when not in use.
- The steel hinge option is more suited to equipment with small wheels.
- The steel piano hinge offers a longer lifespan than the standard aluminium version, but does not allow for the sideway movement.
- A pair of rubber bumpers are included either side of the hinge including steel protector/front plates to give a long lifespan.
