Wheel Guides & Alignment Curbs

Wheel Guides / Alignment Curbs are typically used for guiding lorries into the correct position in front of the loading dock. This improves efficiency, ensures correct HGV alignment against loading docks, and minimises damage.

Alignment Curbs can also be used to protect racking, equipment and machines from potential damage caused by forklift trucks and moving vehicles.

• Flared designs offer a wider opening, guiding HGV’s into the correct position against the loading dock.
• Straight versions can be used where less space is available between loading docks, or for other protection applications.

Our wheel guides are finished in alert yellow powdercoat for optimum hazard awareness.

Be wary of lightweight copies which will not be of sufficient strength. Standard units are made from 170mm outer diameter steel tube.

Above ground and below ground types available.

• Above ground type secure with fixings into concrete.
• Below ground types are to be cast into concrete, making them more suited to particularly heavy duty applications.

Different sizes available on request to suit your requirements.
