Overview
A selection of dock bumper backing plates and supports designed to allow accurate and secure dock bumper installation, as well as simplifying future dock bumper replacement:
- 12mm steel dock bumper backing plates (TWB-xxxx-BP) are used to provide a sturdy mount for dock bumpers – particularly useful if concrete docks are damaged. The backing plate is secured to the dock, and the bumpers are fixed to the backing plate, thus making it easier to replace dock bumpers in the future.
- For greater projections up to 300mm, our steel bumper supports (TWB-xxxx-S) can be used. Made to suit your specific requirements, then can play a critical role in ensuring correct vehicle alignment to dock levellers.
- Steel above dock supports (TWB-xxxx-A) are used in situations where the vehicles serving a loading bay are higher than the dock edge. Up to 1/3rd of the bumper’s length can be positioned above the dock.
When ordering please specify model type after bumper type e.g. TWB-1030-BP.

Dock bumpers not included – Supports can be fitted with our range of Rubber dock bumpers or Nylon dock bumpers.
