Overview
This customer was moving to a new site which only had dock-level doors. The business had a need to load over 40 vans daily.
The ramps were set to the same height as the floor level inside the building allowing products to be transferred straight into the vans.
The result was a space that allows the company to grow, and provides clean, reliable and futureproofed way to bring vans inside the building without expensive civil works.
The final ramp system was designed for a 4.5-tonne capacity to allow for the eventual use of electric vehicles, with gradient and length tailored for optimal performance.
